We are a made to order brand i.e., a garment is made only once an order is palced for it. All the orders are shipped from our workshop in Bangalore. We offer free shipping on orders above Rs 5,000. We offer Cash on Delivery. Cash on delivery orders are processed only once we receive a confirmation from you. When we are ready to start working on your order, you will receive a call from our team to confirm it. We take 7-10 working days to handcraft your order and dispatch it. Custom orders take 10-12 days to be dispatched. Once dispatched, domestic shipping takes 5-7 business days to deliver the order depending upon the location of delivery. Refund / Return / Exchange

Refund - Unfortunately, we do not offer refund but we shall gladly exchange your order for a different size. Each piece is labour of love, months of research and design development. Returns and dead stock lead to detrimental waste and pollution to our environment. So, please check all product details and size chart before placing an order.

Return - Each order at Hopes undergoes stringent quality check before it is dispatched. Since, each peice is made after an order is received it reduces scope of error. Uneveness in colour, texture is true to the nature of natural and handmade processes involved and speaks to the beauty of it. However, in the off chance that you receive a damaged product write to us within 24 hours and we shall replace it for you after inspecting the photos and videos shared by you. Please ensure that the garment is unused, is in the original packaging and has all the original tags. Hopes holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.

Exchange - Please check size chart before placing an order and we recommend you to get in touch with us regarding sizing at info@hopes.co.in or hopes_living on Instagram. Any purchase can be exchanged for a different size except the ones bought in sale or that are custom made. In case the size is not available, we shall provide you a store credit valid for 6 months from the date of issue. To initate an exchange, please write to us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will book reverse shipping on confirmation of exchange. The product shall reach us within 14 days from the date of receipt. Cost of any exchange is to be borne by customer. Items are eligible for exchange only once. Please ensure that the garment is unused, is in the original packaging and has all the original tags.
